As a senior meteorologist, Jonathon brings 10 years of experience to the Bureau of Meteorology's new Agriculture Decision Support team.
After working across multiple Bureau offices and teams, in diverse roles ranging from aviation forecasting, severe weather and most recently media and communications, Jonathon has now settled in a new Agricultural team. He prides himself on bringing genuine interest and passion to this new Agriculture team as it seeks to help growers make critical farming-management decisions in a changing climate.
Prior to the Bureau, Jonathan worked as an economic consultant within the Regulation and Policy team at EY. His experience is back up by a Bachelor of Science (Meteorology and Mathematics) and Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) from Monash University, and a Graduate Diploma in Meteorology.
