Nick is the Chief Executive Officer of Fresh Country Farms, one of the country’s largest landlord investors. Fresh Country Farms is owned by Canadian pension fund manager PSP Investments and owns glasshouses, almond, berry, table grape, avocado and mango farms in Australia. It also owns 2,000 ha of tenanted citrus farms in Spain. Fresh Country Farms owns holds equity investments in Perfection Fresh and Simpson Farms.

Nick has periodically invested in a landlord capacity since the 1980’s, starting out with Australia’s first landlord investment trust, the Rural Property Trust which then owned 60 farms across many differing agricultural sectors. Nick has since held senior executive roles at vineyard owner Belvino Investments, SunRice and Twynam Agriculture. Nick is a director of Fresh Country Farms, Perfection Fresh Australia, Simpson Farms and Southern Premium Vineyards.
