Diane has extensive experience working across the gender and family violence systems across Oceania, as well as across broader social reform settings. Diane’s area of expertise include public policy, impact measurement, service design and evaluation. Diane has led a range of engagements seeking to drive gender equality in both the public and private sector, including across policing, medical and infrastructure settings. Diane’s recent experience also includes senior roles within Victorian Government, including as Acting Executive Director of Policy and Design at Family Safety Victoria.

Diane is a regular contributor to a number of Australian and New Zealand publications on issues relating to gender equality, justice and human rights. Her work on gender equality has been published by ABC Australia, the London School of Economics, Radio NZ and The Spinoff. Diane was EY’s Oceania Gender Network Leader, and is a regular speaker on topics relating to gender equality across a range of settings. Diane is also Deputy Chair of one of Victoria’s largest homelessness and housing services, Launch Housing.
