Marsha Aralar is the national program manager for Fair Farms who enjoys delivering engaging, thought-provoking presentations. With a background in public health, regulation and food safety, her career spans several industries and jurisdictions both in Australia and the Middle East.

Marsha is passionate about creating a harmonious and thriving food supply system, starting with the grower and their activities on-farm, through to the market floor and consumers.

She works with all levels of stakeholders from parliament to pantry, soil-health to shelf-life. Fair Farms is a flagship program of Growcom Australia, a member-based organisation with a 90 year heritage of supporting and advocating for horticultural farmers.
