Steve Ronson

Fair Work Ombudsman

Steve is committed to the Fair Work Ombudsman’s promotion of productive, cooperative, and harmonious workplace relations as well as ensuring compliance with Commonwealth workplace laws.

Steve leads the agency’s Enforcement Branch and is responsible for conducting investigations into allegations of serious non-compliance.

Steve has Bachelor degrees in Law and Arts and an Executive Masters degree in Public Administration. Steve is a Vincent Fairfax Fellow.

Steve has managed workplace relations inspectorates at a Commonwealth level for nearly two decades, advised state and federal parliamentarians and is especially interested in deliberative democracy and innovative regulatory models.
