Carlo is the Fresh Team Leader at Harris Farm Markets, one of the most innovative and respected fresh food retailers in Australia. Based in Sydney, he has built a career of more than 25 years with the business and holds commercial responsibility for the Fruit & Vegetables and Flowers & Plants departments across Sydney, the ACT, and Queensland.

These are among the most operationally demanding categories in the retail business, characterised by perishability, market driven pricing, and supply volatility. In his role, Carlo manages key supplier relationships, oversees ranging and pricing decisions, and leads a team of buyers and assistant buyers across a geographically diverse store network.

He works closely with HR, insights, and commercial colleagues and plays an active role in developing both the people and processes within his team, helping to drive performance, capability, and innovation across Harris Farm Markets’ fresh offer.
