Commencing at 8:15am at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre on Monday morning, the tour will take participants on a journey through various retail establishments, from traditional flagship stores to avant-garde retailers offering novel customer experiences. The tour will conclude around 12:30pm, back at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre, with lunch included in the $110.00 per person fee.
