As the National Crop Protection Manager at Elders, Georgia O’Shea brings agronomic experience across both broadacre and horticultural systems. She began her career in the Elders Graduate Agronomy Program, working across South Australia and Victoria in crops ranging from broadacre and pasture systems to table grapes, citrus, and potatoes. Georgia now leads the crop protection supplier partnerships nationally for Elders, combining commercial alignment and value while ensuring stewardship and access to emerging technologies to support Elders teams and Australian farmers.
