Ms Cath Cave is part of the Senior management team leading delivery and administration of the domestic components of the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) scheme, a temporary migration program to address unskilled, low or semi-skilled workforce shortages in key sectors across regional and rural Australia, and nationally for agriculture and select agriculture-related food product manufacturing sectors, and provide economic opportunities to Pacific Islander and Timor-Leste peoples and countries. Ms Cave has worked in Pacific Labour Mobility for the last five years and has extensive experience in the program and delivery of the Australia domestic operations. Ms Cave has worked in a range of program within the Australia Government centred around employers, employees and employment entitlements.
