Gordon is the CEO and founder of Applied Horticultural Research (AHR) and an adjunct Professor at the University of Sydney. He has a degree in production horticulture and a PhD in plant physiology (crop nutrition).

His focus is on extension and applied research, and his passion is for communicating research-based information to producers and end-users in a way that helps them implement results profitably and sustainably.
