Julius is a Director of G’s Group, with specific responsibilities for the Group Celery business, the transition to regenerative farming and for increasing biodiversity. In 1985 Julius was driving tractors and combines in western Australia and Canada which led into 30 year of agribusiness leadership experience covering broad acre commodity cropping to intensive Horticulture and encompassing all aspects of the supply chain through to category management and market analysis.

Julius will give an energetic presentation on what G’s is, what makes it successful as a devolved and large-scale business and explore the dynamics of both markets and competitor context. He will also cover the work G’s is doing to harvest the opportunities of new technologies and to reconfigure its farming for the challenges of reducing carbon emissions and building resilience into farming against increasingly frequent and increasingly extreme weather events.
