Fruit and Vegetable Consortium
Justine is the Managing Director for the Fruit and Vegetable Consortium (The FVC) which is a cross-sector collaboration of organisations spanning health, food, agriculture, government, retail, and research sectors – including Nutrition Australia, CSIRO, the Heart Foundation, AUSVEG, Fresh Markets Authority, State Health Promotion Agencies, Deakin University, Cancer Council, Jamie Oliver Good Foundation and Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden. Together, and with the support of over 250 organisations, The FVC are committed to together improving fruit and vegetable consumption to grow a healthier, happier, cleaner, and more prosperous Australia.
Justine is an executive leader who is passionate about making a positive difference – building sustainable futures – people, profit, and planetary health. She has +20 years’ experience leading large private, public, and global market stakeholder networks through business, brand, customer, and portfolio strategy and planning with extensive team and Board engagement. Prior to the FVC, Justine spent 2 years at Hort Innovation as General Manager – Marketing and International Trade. She has a deep understanding of the agriculture sector, federal and state funding models and investment strategies that drive supply and demand-side outcomes for wider horticulture.
