Dr Peter Batt

After almost 30 years as Professor, Food and Agribusiness at Curtin University in Perth WA, Dr Peter Batt re-established his international consultancy business in 2014.

Working with the FAO he was the technical lead for the Food for Cities program working in Nairobi, Dhaka and Lima to facilitate the development of food security plans for municipal governments. With funding from the Commonwealth Government he has been leading the development of a food security plan for the State of WA.
