Stephen is a qualified lawyer and has held senior positions and advisory roles in the fields of management consulting, general management, retail leasing, franchising and corporate strategy for local and global organizations.

He was until recently CEO of MediCane Health Australia Pty Ltd, and was responsible for the set up, management and medicinal cannabis licensing of the Australian subsidiary of Canadian medicinal cannabis operator MediCane Inc.

Stephen holds a bachelor's degree in law and a B. Comm. (Honours) from the University of Cape Town.
