Growing up on a Seed Potato Farm in Holland, I've spent the past 15 years travelling around the world educating people on the best practices for long-term storage of potatoes & onions. We've started Tolsma Australia in 2018.

To aim and to maintain a healthy product in an energy efficient manner by controlling temperature, humidity, air flow, air speed and CO2 levels during the storage period.
