Anthony Staatz is a fifth-generation farmer and founder of Koala Farms, established in 1990. What began with an 80-acre tomato crop has grown into a 1,500-acre operation in the Lockyer Valley and the Darling Downs, supplying fresh produce like lettuce, broccoli, spinach, and rocket to major supermarkets across Australia. Driven by innovation and a passion for quality, Anthony has grown the business alongside his wife Diane and their five children. Koala Farms is made up of a community of hard-working passionate people with a focus on sustainability, efficiency, and great teamwork.
