Dr Bruce Searle

Dr Bruce Searle is a crop systems scientist, with a special interest in sustainability of vegetable cropping systems. He leads the Field Crops Physiology team at Plant & Food Research. His work has an emphasis on sustainable production and nutrient management, engagement with industry and technology transfer. Most recently he has led the Sustainable Vegetable Systems project, developing a tool that facilitates decisions to enhance sustainable nitrogen fertilizer use.
