Colin is the founding director of Lockyer Valley Fruit & Vegetable Processing Co. Ltd, formed as a consequence of the departure from Australia of Heinz/Golden Circle and the near destruction of the Lockyer Valley Agricultural Vegetable producing region in May 2011.

He has spent 14 years lobbying, negotiating, advocating and promoting the building of the cannery and have recently left me board to the successful purchase of the 55 ha block of land, and obtained a development application.
