Ivor Gaylard

Ivor Gaylard has over 35 years in irrigated agriculture, including 15 years managing large-scale farming in Zimbabwe where he grew a variety of both broadacre and horticultural crops. After moving to Australia in 2005, he led the Carnarvon Growers Association and the Gascoyne Water Co-operative. He later consulted with AFS Agriculture in Perth. In 2016, Ivor co-founded SWAN Systems, where he currently serves as COO and Co-Founding Director, focusing on product development.
