In Mark's 7 years of experience within agriculture, he has had a close look at the influence of soil health and particularly biology has on productivity. Starting within research and development allowed him to work up close and personal in the space and really get a strong understanding of what might be missing in our agricultural soils. More recently he has been providing support and insight into farmers businesses with the end goal of improving productivity and ultimately sustainability.
