Belinda Wilson is the Managing Director of the International Fresh Produce Association, Australia and New Zealand (IFPA ANZ), representing a $24 billion industry and uniting the entire fresh produce supply chain to drive growth, sustainability, and policy reform. She is a passionate advocate for food security, regulatory efficiency, and industry-led innovation.
With a strong background in governance, policy, and industry advocacy, Belinda has worked across fresh produce, seafood, and membership organisations to deliver high-impact strategies that strengthen industry resilience and commercial sustainability. She has a proven ability to influence policy, navigate complex regulatory environments, and drive member engagement.
She helped establish Australia’s largest hand-dived fishery, strengthening sustainability, trade, and market access for premium seafood. As a Director of Seafood Industry Australia, she has championed policy reform, workplace safety, and industry growth.
Previously, as President of the Law Institute of Victoria, Belinda led major governance and membership reforms, national policy advocacy, and strategic development initiatives that improved industry representation and commercial success.
A strategic and data-driven leader, she is committed to ensuring the fresh produce sector continues to thrive in an evolving global landscape, leveraging innovation, advocacy, and leadership development to build a stronger industry future.
