Now as the founder of Wilhelm Group, Fiona leads the AI in Residence Program, helping businesses embed AI capability in practical, human-focused ways—building confident, future-ready teams from the inside out. She also advises pioneering AI companies Unearth AI and Cyber AI product Secuguard AI, where she connects real business challenges with cutting-edge technology.
