The following statements describe what we are doing with your data and how long we store it so you are fully informed prior to you submitting personal information. All Hort Connections award nominee personal data will be retained for a period of up to 8 years. This data will be kept secure and private. We may access it for the purpose of reviewing and contacting 2025 winners, or for the purpose of evaluating future award nominations. After this time, all personal data will be deidentified and removed from our records. Your name and contact information (including email address and phone number) may be used by parties directly related to the award selection process. These parties may include the host association, the Awards Selection Committee, approved stakeholders and sponsors for relevant purposes such as winner selection and promotion in accordance with the National Privacy Principles outlined in The Privacy Act 1988.
