His visionary leadership approach has seen the Fresh Select business grow and diversify into a fresh produce farming and distribution business.

Pioneering sustainability in the industry, John developed and commercialized Nutri V to manage food waste and create a transformational circular economy, paving the way for a new industry norm.

John has a thorough understanding and expertise in all aspects of the supply chain, research & development, technology, and systems across Australian and international landscapes. Having travelled extensively over his 30 years in the industry, he’s developed key stakeholder relationships worldwide, including in England, America, Europe, and Asia.
